• How can I become a partner of XB Prime?

  To become an XB Prime partner, complete your registration, then click on the "request IB" button to send your application for a partnership. • How do I open an account with XB Prime and how long does it take?

  To open an account with XB Prime you first need to register in our clients' area. You can register easily by clicking the "Register" button on our website. Once your account in the clients' area is created you can open multiple accounts with XB Prime. Account opening is easy and just takes a few minutes.

• How can I download MT4/MT5?

  To download MT4 and/or MT5, you need to register and open a Demo or Live Account with XB Prime. If you already have registered, you can find the download link for the platform in the clients' area. All you need to do is to login, click on "downloads" and choose the platform that you would like to download.

• In which currencies can I open an account?

  You can open accounts in EUR/USD/GBP.

• What are the benefits of trading with XB Prime?

  You cannot use one account for both platforms. You need to open one account that will be exclusive for MT5, and one for MT4. You can do this by logging into your XB Prime profile.

• Does XB Prime offer different account types?

  Yes, XB Prime offers two types of trading accounts to meet your needs and style of trading. You can register multiple trading accounts in our Client Portal upon registration. For more details, please visit our Account Types page.

• What documents do I need to open an account with XB Prime as an Individual Client?

  1. A copy of a valid International Passport Document, National Identification card or driving license (photo, personal data, signature, dates of issue and expiry, place of issue and serial number must be legible).

  
  

  2. A proof of your residential address, such as a utility bill, no older than 6 months. This might be a statement of consumption e.g. bill for landline, water, electricity, gas, internet or bank statement, local authority tax bill, residence certificate or a reference letter from bank or attorney, clearly states your name and address on them.

• What documents do I need to open an account with XB Prime a Corporate Client?

  1. Copies of the Company’s Incorporation Documents (Certificate of incorporation, Certificate of Director(s) & Secretary, Certificate of Registered office, Certificate of Shareholder(s), Certificate of Good Standing and a Memorandum & Articles of Association)

  
  

  2. A proof of identity and a proof of address for each Shareholder that has more than 10% stake in the Legal Entity and each Director of the Legal Entity.
